Just announced: The B-Sharp Life, my latest romance manuscript, has just advanced as a Top 25 Finalist in the Tracking Board Launchpad Manuscript contest. The purpose of the competition is to showcase emerging writers to the film industry for possible film adaptations. I’m honored to have my romance manuscript on this prestigious shortlist.

Multi-millionaire singer Marcus Cambry is sick of his life of fame and debauchery. When a double-booking lands him in a New Orleans condo with uninhibited yet unerringly professional writer Sarah Poole, Marcus vows to turn their hedonistic weekend into something more.

Sarah knows not to expect a serious relationship from the millionaire Grammy-winner. Now that their fantasy weekend is over, she needs to get back to her political journalism career in D.C., where her five-point life plan has her meeting a stable man and living a secure life any minute now.

While Marcus strives to deny his public persona, threatening stalker letters and bothersome tabloid reporters arrive on Sarah’s doorstep. Can the pair learn to blend their lives into perfect harmony?
